Beaufort Dolphin Adventures offers dolphin watch tours, eco-tours, and other boat excursions in the Beaufort, South Carolina area. All tours are subject to weather conditions, safety requirements, and availability.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payments are processed through secure third-party processors. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
Pricing is subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by tour type and are displayed during booking. Generally, refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 24–48 hours in advance, minus any applicable fees. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.
4. Participant Responsibilities and Safety
All participants must follow crew instructions for safety.
Certain tours may have age, height, or health restrictions.
You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect your participation.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
1. SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Example: "Message frequency may vary. You will only recieve messages directly relating to a booked trip if a change needs to be made or in response to questions you may have.”

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
5. Opt-In Method:
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Beaufort Dolphin Adventures in the following ways
Verbally, during a conversation.
By messaging us with a question requiring a response from us.
By checking the consent to SMS messaging box while booking a trip with us.
6. Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
